Our Bakery

Our Bread is simple and time honoured. Our aim: to achieve a loaf made with respect for the people it is being baked for.

Freshly ground flour 

The flour we use for our bread is always ground within a month of using it, normally within two weeks. Flavour and nutrition are paramount.

Sourdough 

The only ingredients you will find in our bread is flour – water – salt.

Building a wood-fired bakery 

We are developing plans to start a wood-fired bakery late 2017 or early 2018.
